What is Beta Gamma Sigma?
Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest national recognition a student in business can receive in an undergraduate, master's or doctoral program at a school accredited by the AACSB-The International Association for Management Education. Of the 1,400 institutions with degree programs in business, less than 350 are accredited by AACSB and have chapters of Beta Gamma Sigma.
The mission of Beta Gamma Sigma is to encourage and honor academic achievement and personal excellence in the study and practice of business.
Beta Gamma Sigma was founded as a national organization in 1913. The Society is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS).
