CONSULTING

My consultations in legal matters number in the thousands. The most recent involves work with Curtis M. Loveless, Attorney at Law, President of the Denton County Bar Association during some of the work, in which I researched and drafted four appellate briefs, three for the Texas Court of Appeals, Second Supreme Judicial District and the other for the Texas Supreme Court. The briefs were on the subject of disputed ownership of real estate, constructive trusts, fiduciary relationships, statute of limitations, statute of frauds and writs of habeas corpus.
