Dr. Richard Cosier, Dean and Fred E. Brown Chair for the College of Business Administration at the University of Oklahoma, is the 1995-96 Distinguished Visiting Scholar for the Fall 1995 Management Colloquium series. He formerly served as Associate Dean for Academics at the School of Business and Chair of the Management Department at Indiana University. With research interests in managerial decision-making processes, organizational conflict and participative management, Dr. Cosier has published over 60 articles and co-authored a management textbook. He is listed in Who's Who in America and belongs to the Institute of Management Consultants, the Academy of Management, and the Decision Sciences Institute.
