The Department of Management's objective for its Ph.D. program is to create and maintain a small, quality program where each student will find the opportunity to excel in the areas of teaching and research. To meet this objective, we have developed a curriculum that involves students in coursework on research methods and processes, teaching methodology, the study of scientific philosophies that form the foundation for scholarly research, statistical analyses, and in depth study of the management discipline.
