Career Fairs
The College of Business Career Fair will take place on Wednesday, September 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Gold and Silver Eagle Suites. The College of Business and the Career Center are partnering to sponsor the event.

Students may register online at www.coba.unt.edu for inclusion in the Resume Book that employers receive prior to the fair. By using the book, employers will be able to contact students in advance if they wish to speak with them while they are on campus. The deadline for registering for the Resume Book is September 7, 2007. In the spring, there will be a two-day Career Fair. The second day will be reserved for companies offering internships.

You may contact Renee Hebert in BA 170 (565-3043) or by E-mail at HebertR@unt.edu. You may contact April Kuykendall at the Career Center (565-2707) or by E-mail at AprilK@dsa.admin.unt.edu. Both will be happy to answer your questions.

Women In Business Week - Sept 10 to Sept 14, 2007 - During the week of September 10-14, COBA will sponsor a “Women in Business Week.” Several very successful female business leaders will participate in a panel discussion, a “Professor for a Day” program, and the Distinguished Lecture Series over the course of the week. Click here for more information.

Distinguished Lecture Series - The first lecture is in connection with the “Women in Business Week” and will feature Laura Wright, UNT alumna and CFO of Southwest Airlines. Again, you may find times and Union suite locations for these lectures on the COBA website.
