Professor Rogers received her BBA with a double major in Economics and Marketing. While an instructor with the United States Air Force, Professor Rogers sought an MS in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems at UNT. Upon graduation, she joined the College of Business Administration at UNT to pursue a doctoral degree majoring in Management with an emphasis on Operations Management and Statistics. 

Professor Rogers has had a wide array of business experience in several industries including corporate and military training, software development, website development, and various manufacturing positions. Her research interests include manufacturing and organizational flexibility, supply chain management, and manufacturing/services strategy formulation. She has worked in various areas in the Department of Management including undergraduate advising, tutoring, and teaching. Most semesters, Professor Rogers can be found in a classroom teaching topics related to Operations Management.
